Conscious Collaborators refers to a style of working together in which we:

1. View ourselves and each other as equals with unique skillsets.
2. Relate with the project(s) as conscious entities with their own wants, needs, and preferred trajectories. 
3. Contribute while making room for input and contributions from others. "Giving, with room."
4. Expand awareness beyond our individual self to our team, beyond our team to our project(s), and beyond our project(s) to the broader contextual issues and opportunities of the world we live in.

​They use They/Them pronouns in acknowledgement of their full aspects as creator known and unknown, including f/Feminine, m/Masculine, c/Child, a/Adolescent, a/Adult, e/Elder, s/Sage, and s/Source, Gaia, and the cast of archetypes that flow through them. This is a concert of energy moving through the lens and select, unique channels of this c/Creator in their best attempt at a unified and coherent expression (meaning operating fully and completely in alignment with the intention of the highest good for self and all that is), knowing that this being is also integrating fragmented aspects into their awake and seld aware as love self, for example the child as a hurt or reactive one vs. the Child that is expressing as a Divine Descendent and teacher in a new and thus younger body.
