Session may include:
- Transformative & Therapeutic Arts - using image making, sound and somatic movement/awareness to 1) understand your internal emotional and mental reality in relationship to yourself and your outer world, and 2) claim your ability to create the changes and enhancements you want to experience.
- Relational Dynamic Diagnostics - we'll use my original Right Relationship Cards to assist in identifying dynamics present in your relationships. We also use the cards to assist in charting opportunities to transform challenges into strength and/or grace.
Dynamic diagnosis is just that, dynamic. The behavioral patterns we exhibit can sustain, grow, transform, and evolve. This can happen consciously (with presence, intention and awareness) or subconsciously (reactive, on autopilot, without our intentional participation). Relational Diagnostics is a way of observing and tracking your current relational patterns, with the understanding that they can change. By identifying your presenting dynamics, you can then make intentional adjustments to create the kinds of experiences you prefer to have with yourself and others. - Creative Empowerment - Want to live as art? This is for you if you're pursuing goals and creations of any type! In these sessions we'll work my original Creative Cycle & Spiral Method to turn your life into a living creation and workshop. You'll use the Spiral to examine your mental, emotional and relational dynamics as you navigate different creative processes. You'll learn to map areas of flow and blockage while clearing the routes toward successful creation (the way we do one thing is the way we do everything).
