Create unique maps to your personal wellbeing as you explore themes of mental health, emotions and relationships. Each session includes guided meditation, mindfulness and personal inquiry practices. You'll use painting and drawing to give voice to your internal landscape, and re-center your mind and body. This is your time to connect with your true self, partner with your paint and discover what you’re ready to express.
No Artistic experience required.
