This group will explore:
  • Psychology to cultivate healthy relationships with yourself, others and even your pursuits.
  • Art to give you an embodied experience of your own insights and wisdom.
  • Mindfulness and Presence Practices to widen your access to right guidance and inspiration in any moment.​

​Program Includes:
  • 8 Live weekly calls

  • 3 personal guidance sessions with Anna lasting 30 minutes each (beginning, middle & end of program).
  • Weekly creative exploration exercises with videos to guide you.
  • Contemplation guides as PDFs for ongoing personal reflection and growth.

In this class you will:
  • Strengthen your ability to listen to your own inner guidance system.
  • Learn about healthy boundary setting and enforcement. 
  • ​Become intentional about what you receive from others and how. 
  • Redefine POWER in a way that matches your natural expression (the one our world needs).
  • Learn Feminine and Masculine expressions of power, and understand how they can distort or create health.
  • Refine your self awareness and ability to become present in your body in the now moment.
  • Revitalize play!

You do not need to be an artist to take this course!

​You only need to WANT to be FULLY ALIVE
IN YOUR POWER. 

You'll explore the unique flavor of your power through art forms like:
  • Drawing
  • Watercolor painting
  • Dance and movement 
  • Acting
  • Writing
  • Communication exercises and games.

This is your chance to leave your perfectionism at the door and allow yourself to try something new. ​

You do not need to be an artist to do this program! This is not about technique or getting it "right". There is no "right". 

If you're worried about judgement or you're feeling your competitive edge come up, good! It's here to transform. We'll explore how common blocks like judgement are actually invitations to love and accept yourself more fully, and competition is an ignition of motivation toward your own desires. They are potent redirectors when we aren't stuck in them.
​This is a safe place to go as deep as you want with each process.
We liberate ourselves through exploration.

Hey there! My name is Anna. I've been cultivating my craft as a professional artist for over 20 years. For the past decade I've been merging my artistic and creative expertise with with studies in psychology, shamanic energy medicine and women's empowerment work (and that's the short list).

Helping to enliven your creative expression is my joy. I know how potent you can be. I also know many of the pitfalls that we have faced based on gender biases and the conditioning we've been subjected to by masculine dominated world. Now, I love our men too. I just know that we all are better when our feminine is alive and empowered. When women rise, we all rise, and creativity calls Her to rise.

Creativity is HER love language. That's why we paint, dance, sing, speak our stories, weave our tapestries and usher new visions of life into form. That is what WE do with OUR power. We Create. 

I developed this program to help women and female identifying people of all ages Create with the fullness of their power. This means that as a participant you will meet your power more deeply. You will create physical expressions and proof of the many aspects of your power. You will know your power in the felt sense of your person and in the forms of art that move through you.  I'm sharing the wisdom I've collected over a lifetime of my dedicated pursuit of empowerment.

The Mother & Daughter
​Legacy Experience
A chance to bond and explore through art and shared personal growth. 
Mothers or adult role models will take adult program on Tuesdays, two days prior to the teen program. 
Teens will take teen program on Thursdays. 
You each get the fullness of your individual experience while receiving shared learning, a common language and a chance to collaborate or brainstorm for your creative explorations.
