• Mindfulness and Presence Practices to widen your access to right guidance and inspiration in any moment.​

• Drawing

You do not need to be an artist to do this program! 

​This is not about technique or getting it "right". There is no "right". 

If you're worried about judgement or you're feeling your competitive edge come up, that's fine! It's here to transform! We'll explore common blocks, like how judgement are actually invitations to love and accept yourself more fully, and competition ignites motivation toward your own desires.

When creative blocks are liberated they become allies and potent redirectors.​​

Hey there! My name is Anna. I've been cultivating my craft as a professional artist for over 20 years. For the past decade I've been merging my artistic and creative expertise with with studies in psychology, shamanic energy medicine and women's empowerment work (and that's the short list).

Helping to enliven your creative expression is my joy. I know how potent you can be. I also know many of the pitfalls that we have faced based on the biases and the conditioning of this world.

Creativity is a Feminine love language. Creating space for it is the gift of the masculine.

We want and need them both to integrate so we can be more fully collaborative and at ease as we progress as needed in our lives and in this world. That's why we paint, dance, sing, speak our stories, innovate, weave our tapestries and usher new visions of life into form. That is what WE do with OUR power. We Create LIFE. 

I developed this program to help women and female identifying people of all ages Create with the fullness of their power. This means that as a participant you will meet your power more deeply. You will create physical expressions and proof of the many aspects of your power. You will know your power in the felt sense of your person and in the forms of art that move through you.  I'm sharing the wisdom I've collected over a lifetime of my dedicated pursuit of empowerment.

The Legacy ​Experience

Family can be made by blood or bond. This package is for any two people who have a relationship of or similar to parent/child, mentor/mentee, Praying mantis/grasshopper. 

A chance to bond and explore through art and shared personal growth. 
 Parents or adult role models will receive adult program on Tuesdays, two days prior to the teen program. 
Teens will receive teen program on Thursdays. 
You each get the fullness of your individual experience while receiving shared learning, a common language and a chance to collaborate, brainstorm and play through your creative explorations.
